This package is designed around the couples who enjoy the whole arranging phase and are happy to plan the majority of the wedding, but want to guarantee that all efforts run smoothly. To give you a better idea of how we can help, here are some tasks we can do:
Three (3) In-person planning consultations
Starting 1-2 months prior to the wedding date
Consultation meetings are maximum 2 hours
Unlimited recommendations or suggestions via phone or e-mail
Starting 1-2 months prior to the wedding date
Walk Through of Ceremony and Reception site(s)
Create wedding day timeline (coordinator version, vendor version, and wedding party version)
Review all the vendor contracts provided by client
Distribute wedding day timeline for vendors
Send final confirmations to vendors by e-mail & phone (1 week prior)
Assist Officiant with ceremony rehearsal for wedding party and family
Distribute wedding day timeline for wedding party
Wedding Coordinator on-site to facilitate vendor arrival and set up for the wedding ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours)
Every wedding includes (1) additional coordinator assistants
Final inspections on tables at the reception with centerpieces, menu cards and place cards and favors for your guests
Set up table for guest book and gift tables
Assist with reception seating and any guests that need special arrangements
Assist photographer with gathering guests for group pictures
Coordinate reception highlights (grand entrance, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)
Distribute final payments and gratuity vendors
Answer any questions your venue or vendors may have throughout the day
Prices starts at $2,150-$2,950+ depending on number of guests and location
Additional coordinators required for larger weddings (150+ guests)
