Walk Through of Ceremony and Reception site(s)
Provide wedding logistics checklist
Create wedding day timeline (coordinator version, vendor version, and wedding party version)
Review all the vendor contracts provided by client
Research and recommend specific vendors such as the florist, cake maker, photographer, bridal attire, wedding favors specialists, entertainment, classical musicians etc. (Attend up to (3) three meetings)
Schedule vendor appointments
Distribute wedding day timeline for vendors
Send final confirmations to vendors by e-mail & phone (1 week prior)
Assist Officiant with ceremony rehearsal for wedding party and family.
Distribute wedding day timeline for wedding party
Wedding Coordinator on-site to facilitate vendor arrival and set up for the wedding ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours)
Every wedding includes (1) additional coordinator assistants
Final inspections on tables at the reception with centerpieces, menu cards and place cards and favors for your guests

Assist with reception seating and any guests that need special arrangements
